SHIPPING POLICES
House of Exquisite Design processes orders daily, if orders are placed and processed before 3:00 p.m. (cst) it will be shipped the same day.
Orders Processed After 3:00 p.m.(cst) will be shipped the next day.
To Provide Fast and safe shipping for our customers we use UPS carriers for shipping, therefore we add a flat rate for Shipped orders to cover carriers fee.
If orders are made on weekends or Holidays then orders will shipped the next business day.
Once Orders have been processed and shipped, typically shipping takes 2-3 business days and tracking numbers will be emailed to our customers, if you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours Fill free to contact us via Instagram in message/DM or email us @ houseofed4@gmail.com so that we can provide you with the tracking number for your order.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
If your tracking information states that order was delivered/ and or signed for then we are not liable to replace your order. We are also Not responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, incorrect address, or technical issues of the shipping carrier.
